Client was a student at a private university in San Antonio. Police responded to a suspicious car in the parking lot of the library. Client was the owner of the car and in the driver’s seat when Police approached. Two other individuals were in the car in the passenger seat and rear seat. Client, who had previously worked with BSA, wisely exercised his right to remain silent. Marijuana was found in the center console. Client and front seat passenger were arrested for possession. BSA was able to disconnect the links between the driver and the drugs found in the car.
